Kickboxing With Bags
Our most popular and exciting class! Put on some gloves and get ready to sweat and burn those calories off! Our Kickboxing With Bags class will tone muscle, improve overall strength, increase flexibility, relieve stress and it’s FUN! We combine the kicking techniques of martial arts and the punching and jabbing of boxing into an energizing, fast-pace, 45-minute cardiovascular workout. Kickboxing is easy to learn and is totally different from any workout you have tried before. It’s a workout you’ll look forward to each day!
Kickboxing Karate
Kickboxing Karate is an awesome fat-burning, heart pumping, total body workout! We focus on combinations and proper technique without bags. These high-energy Kickboxing Karate classes are taught by martial arts and kickboxing experts to give you a dynamic cardiovascular workout that is fun and safe while providing a solid foundation in kickboxing.
Power Bands
Resistance training with Power Bands is a great way to tone up, increase strength and keep fit without putting unnecessary stress on your joints. By adding resistance training to your workouts, you will build long, lean, flexible muscle and burn unwanted fat more efficiently. The Power Bands provide an excellent means to isolate, strengthen, and quicken the various muscle groups in the body.
The 9 Week KUT Program (Kickboxers Ultimate Training)
During the 9-week KUT Program, you attend any of the classes listed above to burn away unwanted fat and replace it with lean, sculpted, flexible muscle! In the KUT Program you get 4 fitness evaluations, a Workbook, core conditioning, flexibility training, and nutritional support. The best part is, you don’t have to do it alone. Your KUT Team and coaches are there to support you every step of the way.
