Training · February 2026

When people think of kickboxing, they picture tough athletes and complicated footwork. That's not what KUT kickboxing is about.
Classes here are self-paced. You control the intensity. New to fitness? You can modify every movement. Been training forever? You can push harder. Everyone's working at their own level in the same room.
Your heart rate goes up fast. You're moving, hitting, kicking, breathing hard. There's no room to think about anything else. It's cathartic.
By the end, you've burned calories, built some strength, and left stress on the mat.
The music, the group, the fact that you're doing something a little different from typical cardio. It doesn't feel like punishment. It feels like something you're choosing to do.
Most people come for the results. They stay for the experience.
You don't need prior boxing experience. You don't need to be coordinated. Instruction is clear. Modifications are shown. You figure it out as you go.
First class is always the hardest because it's new. By class three, your body knows the patterns.
If you've been curious but nervous, your orientation includes a class. You get a feel for it without any commitment. No harm in showing up.
