Where are the classes held?

What does a typical week look like?

Three 45-minute sessions per week at one of our two locations — a mix of cardio kickboxing and resistance training. You'll also follow your personalized nutrition plan at home, with a weekly accountability check-in. Before the program kicks off, we schedule a 30–40 minute small-group measurements session to record your starting weight, body composition, and baseline stats.

Do I need any experience with kickboxing?

None at all. We teach you everything from the ground up. By week two, you'll feel confident and powerful. By week six, you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner.
