KUT FITNESS KICKBOXING

Our Kickboxing classes (with or without Bags) are taught in a very fun, high energy atmosphere and allow you to work at your own pace while increasing your cardiovascular fitness. Whether you are brand new to Fitness Kickboxing or a seasoned martial artist, you will leave class sweating and smiling!

Our Power Fit class is a great compliment to Kickboxing, because it works out each muscle group individually and burns more fat than any cardio class out there. Resistance Training is the most important type of exercise to maintain youthfulness and prevent injury. Whether it’s an Upper or Lower Body class, you’ll tone those muscles and shed away excess body fat.
