Our Kickboxing classes (with or without Bags) are taught in a very fun, high energy atmosphere and allow you to work at your own pace while increasing your cardiovascular fitness. RESISTANCE TRAINING

Our Power Bands class is a great compliment to Kickboxing, because it works out each muscle group individually and burns more fat than any cardio class out there.  Resistance Training is the most important type of exercise to maintain youthfulness and prevent injury.  Whether it’s an Upper or Lower Body class, you’ll tone those muscles and shed away excess body fat.

KUT – KICKBOXERS ULTIMATE TRAINING

KUT is a 9-week fitness program that provides fast, measurable results in friendly group classes taught by professional martial artists with a money-back guarantee. Classes are 6 days a week in Kickboxing, Resistance Training, Core-conditioning & Flexibility. There is also a nutrition plan and personal coaching for those who want a little more accountability.
