Question 1

I haven't worked out in years. Is this for me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The KUT Method is specifically designed for people who are just getting back into fitness. Every class is beginner-friendly, and we meet you exactly where you are — no experience, no problem.

Question 2

Where are the classes held?

Accepted Answer

Classes are held at the Santa Barbara Dojo (122 E Gutierrez St, Santa Barbara, CA 93101) and the Goleta Dojo. Your enrollment includes access to both locations.

Question 3

What does a typical week look like?

Accepted Answer

Three 45-minute sessions per week at one of our two locations — a mix of cardio kickboxing and resistance training. You'll also follow your personalized nutrition plan at home, with a weekly accountability check-in. Before the program kicks off, we schedule a 30–40 minute small-group measurements session to record your starting weight, body composition, and baseline stats.

Question 4

Do I need any experience with kickboxing?

Accepted Answer

None at all. We teach you everything from the ground up. By week two, you'll feel confident and powerful. By week six, you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner.

Question 5

What's included in the nutrition plan?

Accepted Answer

You receive a fully personalized meal plan created by Melodee Meyer, bestselling author of The Clean Food Diet — including weekly recipes and ready-to-print shopping lists, plus macro tracking in the companion app.

Question 6

How is this different from just signing up for classes?

Accepted Answer

The KUT Method is a complete transformation program — not just classes. It includes personalized nutrition, weekly accountability coaching, body composition tracking, and a private community. It's structured for real results.

Question 7

What if I need to miss a session?

Accepted Answer

Life happens. Your coach will help you adjust. The program is designed with flexibility in mind — missed sessions don't derail your progress when you have the support system in place.

Question 8

How does pricing work? What exactly am I paying?

Accepted Answer

The full program investment is $797. You can reserve your spot today with a $47 deposit (fully refundable if you decide it's not for you after your orientation). The deposit applies toward your program cost.

Question 9

I heard you were featured in the Montecito Journal — is there a discount for that?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Use code MONTECITO at enrollment for an additional $100 off your program.
